Chick-fil-a - Laurel

Had to drive back through the drive thru because they forgot some of our food items the 1st time.

Worse place to drive thru . They need better markers of where people need to line up. They have ppl taking your order from the curb which makes cars bunch up at the opposing lanes. It’s like fighting for a place on line when management could just post traffic cones or signs leading traffic to line in the parking area across . Why hasn’t anyone implemented this yet? Think of offering ppl the ease or ordering

After I was sitting in the chair for awhile . There was a bed bug crawling on me. I told the two workers. The one first one I told took it on a napkin and flushed it down the toilet cause he walked to the bathroom. And the other one said maybe the person who sat there before you.

If you like Chick fila go to another Chickfila.All I'm going to say it's read the reviews. Clearly they need to hire new Managers. I thought my experience was bad but others taking about bugs in their food. I let my son eat here.My husband and I get salads at Chickfila all the time but we live near Arundel Mills we just went here bc they are close to total wine. We got the cob salads and it was lacking the chicken, bacon, eggs and cheese. Worst part is I paid for extra eggs and they forgot it. late after I asked my husband whyvdid he toss his food. He said it was nothing but lettus and barely any chicken so he tossed it in the trash. I felt like they wanted to save money and not provide the same as the other chickfilas in the area so I wanted to take the extra time to leave this comment. Also I am a die hard chickfila fan. I MEAN I love Chickfila but this location won't be getting my money again. I hope they read this and know they are not mcdonalds but chickfila dont lose what makes you different and become the same.

The service wasn't terrible but it was nowhere near the standard Chick-fil-A customer experience. The staff was not rude but they lacked attentiveness and care. My order was wrong (a strawberry shake) but the shake I received was still good.
