Abbott's On Broad Creek - Laurel

The food was fantastic as usual. I had the shrimps and grits and it was prepared on request without the paprika and it was delicious. My wife had roasted the pot with root vegetables and it was delicious. Our other guests were also enthusiastic about their choices. Abbott's is the journey of Salisbury for the innovative, fresh and beautifully prepared. Kristin our server was great the warm, charming and very attentive to our needs. As I said at the beginning, we are always happy when we go to Abbots.

We had a good time at the restaurant. The fried green tomatoes were a nice appetizer and the cocktails were delicious. Unfortunately, our server seemed distracted and it took a while to get her attention to ask for some extra napkins. When the crème brûlée dessert arrived, I needed a spoon and had to ask the manager for one. Despite these issues, we may give this place another chance in the future.

The restaurant temperature must have been 50 degrees

The waitress disappeared. I had to ask another server where she was. The salmon was warm, not. The fish and chips where hot and crisp. It is unknown if the server has forgotten the order in or forgotten to pick it up. The last visit for us. The Chipotle Mayo had only Mayo.

We had an extra special Father's Day this year by enjoying a dinner at 5:00. The drinks, salad, and crab cake were delicious, and the bread was a special treat. The creme brulee dessert was exceptional. The staff was very pleasant and we are excited to return to Abbott's soon.
