Fatburger Buffalo's Express - Laughlin

Good Chili fries, but they never have any ready. The sign says they open at 11am, you get there at noon, and they tell you it will be a couple of hours before it is ready???

We were in Laughlin for three days and visited Fatburger in the Riverside twice. The first visit on Fri 9 was great I had a Fatburger, she had a chick sandwich. Both sandwiches and the fries were great, employees were all friendly and efficient. Wentin on Sunday around 11 am, alone and was shocked by the horrible experience. They weren't busy at all, more couple had theirfoods already, I was the only guest in line. I ordered a chicken sandwich with dies and a drink. Twenty minutes later, I had notreceived my order, the cashier was running around seemingly doing everything as four employees stood around making jokes. When Ifinally got up and approached the counter, the cashier brought my order to me as the four employees snickered. I returned to mytable and opened my sandwich. He bun was cold and stale, the chicken was old, cold and dry as if the sandwich had been sittingaround for hours. I went back to the counter and asked for a manager, the cashier immediately said he would refund my money. Idon't know if the cashier was actually the manager but if so, he had absolutely no control over the crew. All four employeeswould be terminated if they worked for me. The cashier/manager needs to find a more suitable line of work.

This place was alright. The burger was huge and good. But the price with soda and fries was around 28$! The tables where dirty . The service was mediocre. Not sure if I will be coming back. Definitely the worst service!!!! We never received service and finally just left after waiting nearly 10 minites. The person working up front was putting food away in the side refrigerator section so I didn't mind waiting and figured he would justfinish up and then come take our order. He never made eye contact or acknowledged that we were there, another employee that camefrom the kitchen area even told him he had someone up front and he still never looked at us. When he finally finished puttingthe food away, he turned, walked out and left. We couldn't believe what we were seeing, we just left and we will NEVER go back.

Worst customer service ever. Waited over 30 minutes to order. No sense of urgency from the staff. Plenty of customers walking away from being in line due to the inefficient staff. One employee wearing Nike sandals having her soda breaks while assistingcustomers. That same employee saying she is not worried about customers leaving? These people don?t want to work. One customerwas in line for about 20 minutes when he finally made it to the front of the line they said they were closed. He asked at whattime they close since it was not 11 yet. Unbelievable.
