I lost a lot of money because I always realized too late and felt bad with rotting food/drinks the next day (as I used to be a 5 day a week costumer). Yesterday I order a simple bagel with very light butter and what I got was honestly very disappointing. My bagel floated in butter. I decided to go back and talk and explain my frustration to the owner, and he didn't seem to care a bit honestly. Not even when he knew I was a very regular costumer or when I showed him the bagel. He asked for my reception and got an attitude when I told him I lost it (even if he had just treated me my food 15 minutes ago) I work for the hospitality business and I'm sorry, but that's not how you run a business.
Food always taste old bread always hard people are nice but food sucks
With all places that serves food people needs training. The young man picked up my cup with his hand and finger touching at the top. Please pick up my cup at the bottom because you collect money from every customer that walk in with the same hand. My mouth goes on the rim of the cup. The coffee is hot so I remove the lid. Gees.
Customer service needs improvement, but overall no bad experience
They are always beautiful and reminiscent of their customers
