Mcdonald's - Lathrop

Always forgets the drinks, my chicken sandwich was burnt on the bottom and everything was cold (which could be the dasher's fault) but still upsetting

Ordered 4 sandwiches and 4 hash browns. Only received the sandwiches. Then I was only refunded for 2 missing hash browns

Pretty bad. no wonder that they see long lines in n out and no drive thru lines at this place. the burger had very small things about it, I would have asked only about the bark itself and brot. they really need to fix it. it is all good and beautiful to show juicy photos of burgers, but in reality its illusion, it does not get what they get when they buy it. you really have to fix it.

I was waiting in line for like 10/12mins there was literally nobody in line just me… one of the girls working there was just slow, honestly looked like she wasn’t doing anything. She saw me 2/3X and just ignored me…
