Latham Saloon

To reach the Latham Saloon I took the wondrous SE Stony Creek Road, off US Route 400. If you like off the beaten path Americana, the Saloon meets the standard. (Latham 's population is 100 , so neither traffic nor parking is an issue. Once inside the Saloon, I was warmly greeted, took a seat at the bar, and was promptly served. Though good food is based on personal preferences, I will say, for me, the August 8, 2024 hot three meat special was well worth the journey from the nearby Beaumont Hotel. And the sunset motorcycle ride back on SE Stony Creek Road was as delicious as the homemade apple pie I took back to the hotel.

Small town bar love it. Roads were loose gravel on the back route, but worth it.

Food was for the money, best in the area. Desert was a bonus ? ?

Went here for lunch and everything was perfect. The service was quick. Prices affordable. Best of all the burger was the best I have ever had anywhere. It was cooked to perfection.

Great small town bar to stop in and have a drink. The food was also very good.
