Despite the higher prices and the reduced availability of some items on the menu, the people who manage and guide sundance cafe still do a good work - hot, fresh food to reserve a timely way. Thank you.

I started to change my understanding of what was a favor in the recovery after COVID imsanity. there were massive revolutions at the place. most (not clear if all) of the experienced Prep staff have obviously resigned due to unknown disputes with management. that has brought quality to fall. with a badly executed setting of menu choices are several of the better items now gone and unreasonable price increases, and they have a location in the predictable decline. untrained COOK replacement staff is in conflict with the Wait staff and this causes tension. it takes forever to order to get commands that are uncoordinated for the table, which leads to some tepid instead of fresh hot. the experience has made itself completely unacceptable on all fronts, with the exception of the waiting staff; they do their best to deal with an untenable situation. the administration must be changed, it seems to reverse this fiasco. I ask her to dine silverton and wish something else than a land breakfast. try their Mexican they (if) have restored their pre-covid levels of departure and service as long as management keeps their own way out of the way they should maintain.

The corn chowder is different, but still tasty. I miss the bacon, though. The hot plate for Tuesdays is fried chicken. The mac and cheese wasn't tasty. Hopefully, they will come back 24/7 and have late night specials, again. Fingers crossed.
