Sierra Gold - Las Vegas

Took a bit to be served but the food was great and everything was pretty clean. Just need a bit faster service.

I am a truck driver and frequently visit Las Vegas. I stopped here to have a bite, I have never been to Sierra gold. Looked at the reviews and decided to stop by. This was on 6-9-23 at around 3am. I never leave reviews and I just had to after this experience.An African American women who helped me looked at me so wrong and made me feel so stupid. It was my first time at this place I didn't know how it worked, I was not greeted so I didn't know if to sit or wait to be seated. I was only looking to eat not gamble.Customer service was just not it. Next time talk to your customers with respect and if they are lost make them feel welcomed.

Graveyard shift bartenders so rude , annoyed, ungrateful, lost 500$ playing i tip my drink 10$ noone ever asked me if i want another drink or so , not to mention the ashtray… FULL . Noone care to bring the clean one… hopefully u guys continues to work grave for next 30 y

The food took forever to come out and the steak was very dry even though we got it medium. I had to always get the multiple waitresses attention to get service. Perhaps it's because my table wasn't drinking? Overall not terrible, but not amazing.Food: 3/5

I've been here a few times for networking events and the bar is clean and spacious. Parking is easy. Food is what I would expect and I've always enjoyed my meals, including the mozzarella sticks. My Mai Tai was yummy too. Service is friendly, but can be challenging because we recently had a big party and it's hard to keep track of everyone and the orders. I don't really like how they keep my card while I drink and eat. I would just rather order and pay up front than have my card held. Next time I'm there, I'll just recommend that instead.
