Bidrage med feedbackPretty good place for ramen. I had the shoyu and my wife had the wrong one. I'm gonna ram here again, and I gave 4 stars because it was my first time. I'll increase the rating when I'm here more often.
My man and I stand here every time we are in lv! so good. the broth base is the most tasteful we have ever found. excellent and friendly service.
A very good bowl of rammen. they have different sizes of shells. but for the regular appetit should satisfy the regular size. the broth is a little on the salty side, but this is expected in every Asian restaurant. the inner of the place is small and it can become a little loud when everyone speaks close. but all and all the waiters are super attentive and friendly.
We entered the restaurant when they were opened at 1130 a.m. we sat fast. I ordered the number 1 deluxe with the nebula and it was divine. the broth was not too salty, the pork was fat and rich in taste, and the hard boiled egg was the icing on the cake. highly recommended.
This is easily the best bowl of ramen I?ve had to date in my life. Why only four stars, you ask? This is solely due to the number of flies throughout the restaurant. If the restaurant could control their fly issue, it would easily be five stars. But now let?s talk about why this bowl of ramen was life-changing. First of all, we start with a few appetizers. We got the mini chashu (or char siu depending on how different people spell it) bowl. Char siu is barbecue pork, and this was super fatty on the inside, crispy on the outside, and drizzled with a sweet soy sauce glaze. This will serve atop a bed of fresh jasmine rice, and topped with a healthy serving of green onions. This was easily the best char siu I?ve had anywhere. We also got some gyoza. This is the real deal. This isn?t some frozen, store-bought item. The dough was incredibly tender, and the meat on the inside is fresh and juicy. Now on to the ramen. I got the spicy umami ramen with miso broth. First of all, the spice is incredible. It is tolerable, and it has such great flavor. The oil in the spice coats your lips and adds flavor with each bite. The pork is super tender and flakes away as you try to pick it up with chopsticks. The shoots of bamboo provide a subtle crunch with a bold flavor. And the soft boiled egg, while maybe closer to medium boiled, soaks up the broth and the egg yolk adds a savory flavor to the ramen. The noodles are excellent and plentiful in the dish. And let?s not forget about the miso broth. So good. So much flavor. So savory and strong. Another great part about this restaurant is it the prices are very reasonable! About $11-$14 for any standard bowl and then you can add additional toppings. This restaurant is an experience I would gladly come back to every time I come back to this city.
