The owner just wanted to know. you didn't answer me about the haare in the pommes. Instead, you told your associates about it and now they said because I complain about them that I can't eat there anymore. I'll tell them what's wrong with their business, what's wrong with their business. I'm being punished by their employees. that's what's going on. the reviews go down. measure them with me that I mess with them.

I guess we can't eat rally anymore because we complained about haare in the pommes. the owner didn't want to do anything about it. the coworkers told us we can't eat there anymore because we tell them what's wrong with the product.

Great all American burgers with a great value and the world famous seasoned fries are stand alone. This location is drive thru only at the time but the service is excellent.Food: 5/5

I ordered a large fry that I didn't eat one bite of it because multiple hairs were in the fry.. so I go back and I let them know and I get a new fry. I eat several bites of the new fry. Then I discover there's hair on the fries again. Then she tells me it's not their hair it's from the manufacturer. I don't know what to believe..

Me and my wife bought 2 fish sandwiches 2 small fries and 4 funnel fries. The fry's was not hot, the fish sandwiches was old that it had turned colors and extremely hard. I will never return to this location. I've worked for rallys when I was a teenager and we took pride in what we served our customers making sure every bite was hot and fresh. These employees working here don't care this is not the first time I've wasted my money at this location which is sad. This is how people get sick and food poisoning, because establishments don't take there jobs seriously to care. You can clearly see that the fish you are serving has changed colors and hard but yet you still serve to your customers.
