Planet Hollywood - Las Vegas

I enjoyed sitting fast, but the drinks had hardly any alcohol in it (may not cost anything) the waitress forgot some of the guests so that the party was made to eat, the others only got their food. even when I was asked about the steak, the waitress was very rude and made my hospitable stupid. the food was not so delicious for the price we paid.

I used to love Planet Hollywood and was excited to visit, but I’m sad to say…this one was just plain tired. The food wasn’t fresh, there wasn’t a crowd (we were one of manure 5 parties there), and it was just underwhelming. Will not return.

Do NOT eat here. Like ever.This was the MOST disgusting thing I have ever tried in my life.The fajitas and spinach dip were ordered:Spinch dip was broken...the only thing edible were the tortilla chips and the pita bread.The fajitas chicken was literally burnt and dry. The tortillas were old, hard and stuck to the paper.I feel like the food was old and recycled. I cannot be sure, but that cannot have been fresh.In addition the decor does not reflect the match the Caesar's Palace or mall inside of the palace...the palace is beautiful.We only tried this place because of the city go pass. Do yourself a favor and take a hard pass.

I ordered nachos with Jack and cheddar cheese instead of the queso, and they came with about 2 tablespoons of cold shredded cheese. They didn’t even try to melt the cheese! The restrooms were extremely dirty and in dire need of attention. My husband ordered the Hollywood salad with turkey. There was one small cube of turkey in the entire salad!
