Manzo Eataly At Park Mgm - Las Vegas

Our experience at this restaurant was dreadful. We waited for two hours without ever receiving our food. The slow service made us late for our show. We spent over $300 on small portions and poor service. We will not be dining here again.

Overall, this experience was disappointed. Not recommended for large groups!

Servers could not keep the table correct. Group of 14 called for the separation of controls by couples. Completely messed up the whole process. We had to separate our time and add all our own quantities of hand tools. Completely lost control and the calculations were with tax and tip. Steaks are kept at a beautiful age refrigerator and cooked in a cool way, but tests were inaccurate and then they are cut, which then cools these large cuts very quickly. Makes for a beautiful presentation, but not great for the actual food. Grilled octopus was amazing. Bread was cool, warm would have been better. Steak was okay. Hardly cut, but the car was just ok and salt was minimal. Pasta was great. Hit and Miss. Eataly is great.

The food is both great and service, but the noise level was so loud that I only felt screaming to communicate.

I had a wonderful experience at Manzo. Our server, who I believe was named Kyla, was fantastic from start to finish. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant.
