Hugo's Cellar - Las Vegas

I was not very impressed with the food. I had the stuffed shells, and they were very tough, no flavor, but mostly dry. I was ok with the prices, but sorry to say, the food was horrible. I thought it would be more authentic Italian food. It was recommended from a bartender at the mirage. I went back and told her of my experience, terrible choice, wasted my money. Excellent! The service was some of the best ever. The coordination between all the staff is top tier. The food was AMAZING! The only downside for me was the espresso machine was broke so we couldn't experience the cappuccino. Gives us another reason to return. Highly recommend! Exquisite. The food. The service. The old vegas ambiance. Everything about Hugo's Cellar is what I want in a steakhouse and upscale dinner.
