Grand Ballroom At Rhythm Kitchen Seafood Steaks Upstairs

My wife and I made reservations for Valentine's Day when we came there, we found a place closed even if they open again, I will never go back to this place

It was Valentine’s Day so kind of a big deal. When me and my date showed up to the restaurant it was shut down. Closed not in service. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I can’t believe this restaurant was on open table. Thanks a lot.

This restaurant is closed witha dumpster out front...this left me with no reservation for Valentines...please update your directory!!!

We were at the restaurant 2 hours from start to finish and we had to keep asking for help, everyone got their food before us and they arrived after us. Asked for a manager 2 times and they never came to the table. Finally got up paid cash because their machine was down and they waiter told me it was about $160 so I gave him cash, for all I know he made it up it was only 2 adults, Horrible service!

I was not aware of the buffet setup upstairs. I've been here several times but it has been awhile. I wanted to enjoy the menu and select certain dishes. I'll come back but I wasn't thrilled with the upstairs change and would prefer regular dining.
