Garden Buffet South Point Casino

Overall a good dining experience, we ate here several times over our week in Las Vegas. The one and only thing that makes me rate them lower than 5 stars, was I personally watched a waiter take a bottle of ketchup off a dirty table and place it on the tray he was delivering to another table. They were great with social distancing, reservations required, but this really did not set well with me. When they delivered ketchup and mustard to my table, I put what I wanted on my plate, then sanitized my hands, after touching the bottles and before eating my meal. Overall we would recommend them and we will come back on our next visit to Las Vegas. We witnessed them sanitizing all the menus between customers, so I’m sure they have policies in place. I just happened to witness someone not following protocol. The food was delicious, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and all the food was great!

We had a confirmed reservation, as per state mandate, however the hostess couldn't find it in the computer. She appeared to be extremely inexperienced and slow. I showed her a printout of our confirmation and she still had no idea what to do. Another hostess had to come to her aid. Other than the inexperienced and slow hostess, the waiter and food service was outstanding.

Food didn't have any flavor,, need to put salt and pepper at least.
