Firehouse Subs Westland Fair

I don't ask them to honor this place. I came one day to lunch in juli 2022 and ordered a sandwich and macaroni salad. the cash gave me makkaroni and be good! she should have corrected me if they don't have a Mac salad. the cashier would know the menu better, then right? I had not gone into a firehouse subdivision before and had no idea that they did not serve mac salat. So when I realized the mix, I called and said I wanted a refund for the mac and I'd be good because that's not what I wanted. So, the manager said no refund cuz I waited long to bring it. I said there are no speeches on the reception, in which a time is specified, which I can return or request a credit. I once informed them and that should be enough. okay, then I asked what about a loan for my next sandwich purchase; I explained, I was not able to get to the rest of earlier cuz I was sick and not coming anywhere near this part of the city. I can't help you! she gave me a number to the customer service center in florida. explain the situation to csr and I was told that someone would come back to me with 2448 hours! I'll wait five months later for this call! I called and left my number and note! so there are many places that make sandwiches go one of them! a place that respects their customers!

A bit overpriced for just one sub and no drink or chips and the order lasted longer than expected and its one because, but this place used to make a decent hot soße selection now its simply junk hot soße in packages and no mention if I would like to still on my sandwich

The escap was pretty clean. the service at the theke was good and eating came out very quickly. the quality and the fresh of the subs I had very good.

Our sandwiches were terrible. the 3 hot subparts were cold and the cold turkey sandwich was sloppy. all the condiments were beaten up the mayonnaise was poured on so hard, it was unbeatable. I paid a lot of money to get bad food. I want my money back!

Overall a great location. I can in at a shift change and there was no hiccups. Food was quick and the quality was excellent.Bathrooms located in the back.Staff was professional and quick.Place was cleaned multiple times well I was there.If you own this location the team deserves recognition for the great work. Not saying they don’t get it already.
