Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Las Vegas

Absolutely amazing service and delicious food. Whoever the employee was at 3:30ish, he deserves a raise. It was my first time there and he definitely made it special.

Okay everyone.....I mentioned before that it was my first time trying Dickeys....it started off well. We tried some sauces, but I wasn't impressed and we ended up spending $40 between my husband and me. They kept forgetting our food, we had to repeat our order and show the receipt multiple times. I do not recommend this place! It might just be this specific location, but we will not be returning.

This place is my favorite BBQ restaurant. Meats are smoked in house and always juicy and flavorful. My favorite is Polish sausage sandwich, so perfectly cooked and seasoned. It?s just perfectly smoked every time, the food quality is definitely consistent. Always friendly and attentive staff, they make you feel like you are part of the family. Great welcoming atmosphere. Overall a great experience every time, no complaints. We highly recommend it to anyone who loves bbq food.

Came in with some friends to try some items on the menu. Regrettably, I didn?t get any wings or ribs, so perhaps this review is unfair in its overall rating. I Got the Brisket Mac N Cheese, Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese, ?Cueban Sandwich, side of fried okras and fries. The menu says ?waffle fries?, but they only had regular fries. They fry it lightly so don?t expect any crunch. The buffalo chicken mac was overpowered with buffalo sauce and had very underwhelming cheese, if any at all. The brisket and mac was decent, I enjoyed it far better than the buffalo, meat is tender and compliments the mac n cheese great. The ?Cueban sandwich was by far the best item I ordered. Great variety of flavors, the bread toasting gave the sandwich a very satisfying crunch. Very pleased with the sandwich. The okras.. the okras? they were near cold. I understand maybe they prepped it too early while making the rest of my order. It happens, nothing major to ruin my day or anything. They gave a larger portion of sides than i expected though, so I suppose thats a plus. Overall, I?d give it a 3.5, with the sandwich carrying the score hard, but I?ve only been here once, and I haven?t had all I could?ve to rate the food better. Nice staff though.

I placed an order for two sandwiches on the Dickey's app yesterday for pickup. My scheduled pickup time was 7:45pm. When I arrived at the store around 8pm, only the manager was working. I asked him for my order, but he seemed confused and said he doesn't check app orders. After showing him my order and receipt, he informed me they were out of pulled pork and couldn't fulfill my order. I suggested taking any sandwich available, but he rudely insisted on only offering a brisket sandwich at full price. When I requested a refund, he claimed he didn't know how to process it and advised me to contact corporate. This unprofessional and rude behavior is unacceptable. I wasted an hour of my time without receiving my order or a refund. Despite my love for Dickey's food, I will not return to this location unless the manager is replaced. Beware of the poor service at the rainbow location.
