Cinnaholic Centennial - Las Vegas

Very nice people I enjoyed my experience. we played games while we waited for our order and the service was fast.it was a little pricy once you got all you wanted, but it was worth the experience.

I ordered an old skool cinnamon roll and I noticed there was too much icing leaking out the box. I had left a review saying that it was messy and that I couldn’t recommend Cinnaholic based on the leaking alone. The owner decided to delete my review which had a picture of the messy roll. They told me I only leave negative reviews in general and that I could have just asked for the icing on the side.I still don’t recommend this place due to presentation of the food and rude communication to your customers.Those chocolate chip cookies are bomb, though.

My husband and I went for the first time tonight. Nadia (I hope I got that right) was honestly THE BEST!!! Management material all the way! We WILL be back bcuz of Nadia. 100% best customer service!!!!

We ordered both the Old School the one with the apple crumble. It satisfied a craving for a decadent dessert. They were good, but too pricey to go back. There were no prices posted and we were a bit shocked at how much the total was. The counter person had no interest in being there. Was wearing 2 ear pods and could not tell if he was talking to someone or listening to music instead of minding the customers. Even though we told him we had never been there before, he had no interest in talking up the options. It was a missed opportunity to make someone desire to return.

We didn’t love it, unfortunately. Tried three different flavors, one with banana, one with maple and pecan, and one with cookies and creamTook a while to receive the buns, which is fine, though they were just way too rich. Portion sizes are huge, and there are lots of choices, so I’m sure there are good flavors thereMaybe a tad overpriced? Nearly $10 each, if I remember correctly
