La Brasa - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

In general, good, although I missed a pisco of sauce with the chicken and some garlic with the potatoes, as they served me at the chicken roaster in Las Ranas square. I ended up putting red and green mojo on the potatoes. I will not repeat.
