Bidrage med feedbackVery disappointed. We came about 10pm and drive thru service was slow, but I chalked it up to being short staffed. But even that can't account for paying nearly $25 for a cold pub burger, which is missing pickles and has the world's skimpiest amount of cheese sauce and onions, then a pathetic *freezing* chicken salad with a whopping 10 shreds of lettuce. Even with the slow, confused service aside, it was a pathetic, expensive experience. Go somewhere else.
Really good service and freshly made food. Only things that ruined it for me was when I got my drink and mold came out with the soda.
If I could rate it 0 starts I would . Most nastiest customer service we have ever gotten here. The night shift crew. Everyone had a gross attitude. They closed the window at us when they messed up the order. We drove around and they all had the audacity to all stand there and look at us while we waiting for someone to open the doors. If you people do not like your job, please please find yourself another one. DOSGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. This happened today at 9 PM
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Dirty inside and out. Bathroom was out of tp so instead of refilling the stall they hung the tp from a door. All of the floors are sticky and full of trash and food. Took 25 mins to get a 4 for 4. Soda fountain looks like it was never cleaned, all of the straws are soaked with soda. Food was not cooked/prepared right, order was wrong, fries were over salted so I could not eat them. They were out of baked potatoes. Never again will I stop
Jessica took my order, she was extremely polite and helped me with figuring out how to use their app : lol Wish more ppl in customer service positions were as great at their job as she is!
