I really liked your menu. Roasted jalapeños were a first and certainly welcome. A steak meal is plenty for me, but I like soup and order soup or salad. The salad bar has two soups and I can control the amounts. Adding the salad bar to the prime rib waswell worth it. Bread is worth mentioning. The menu is diverse, so there's something for everyone. There are a few items I'd liketo try, so I will go back soon.

Stopped for dinner. Got the prime rib. Normally I like my prime rib as rare as possible. However, they were out of rare, so they promised me a good cut of medium rare. It did not disappoint. The prices were great and the salad bar is legit. Definitely checkit out if you get a chance.
