Johnny Doughnuts - Larkspur

Best doughnuts I’ve ever had! Got the strawberry frosted doughnut and strawberry rhubarb bismark and they were both incredible!

One of my favorite places for doughnuts. The other is close to Los Angeles. I feel privileged to be able to drive across the bridge and get some of the best doughnuts. I know doughnuts like I know how to fill up gasoline when my tank is close to empty. They will never disappoint. If they do you are just looking for an excuse to hate on them. Always worth the wait which is never long line the times I have been there . What a real doughnut should be,

The other reviews aren't wrong. There is no point coming here anything close to closing. Swung by an hour before closing on a cold, grey Thursday and there was nothing left. Kinda wonder why they even bothered to stay open. I'll update this review if I get to go when they actually have donuts...

Love the doughnuts here. But make sure you don't show up too close to closing because the selections will definitely be slim pickings.

JD in Larkspur is such a treat! The doughnuts are dense and top quality! The location is similar to a drive-in which adds to the character of the shop!The staff were very welcoming, in addition to the fantastic menu items! My favorite Crodough does have a surprise in the middle in the form of custard filling.Coffee and espresso beverages are just ok, but there 's a coffee chain a few steps away.I 'm also glad they spell doughnuts correctly lol???
