Buffalo Wild Wings - Laredo

Clean and friendly environment. Place was loaded with TV's. Food and drinks were great, loaded with flavor with an extra spike on the Lady's drink. ????

The place smells a little dirty, like wet carpet maybe. The cheese fries were only ok. Very little cheese on them. The chili cheese fries were not that great. I did not like the chili, tasted as if it were from a can. The medium boneless wings were good. I wouldn't order the fries again though. ???? but when you've had Pink's chili cheese fries and hotdogs, it's not fair to everyone else.

First and last time I would ever go to Buffalo Wild in Laredo tx. The appetizer I had was not hot nor warm, but cold which was the house sample my girl friend and I had never been to Buffalo Wild Wings and honestly the food wasn?t the best. the floor had a lot of trash everywhere around and under the tables.The restroom is another thing. I had hoped it was going to be clean for a first timer but it was just unsanitary.

It 's one of the best, the quality and the variety of sauces it 's great, there 's something for everyone, don 't take me wrong, I 'm very pleased so far, but they need to put attention on web orders, ours gona take 30 mins to be ready which it 's OK, but when we arrived we were informed that they 'lost ' our order and don 't know where it may be, so we have to wait another extra 20 mins, no apologize , then I find out there 's no napkins, no ketchup, no blue cheese that I order. They don 't even gave us our soda we have to ask for it. So it 's a problem and maybe they were having a busy day but that 's the kind of details they have to be looking and dealing with. Overall it 's a good place, delicious food and reasonable prices. Hope next time will be better.

Review is long overdue. Customer service like what we delt with is rare. Superb customer Service! Amazing food! Can't never go wrong with this location! If you want fresh food and fast food I suggest you sit at the bar. Best bartender there is Eduardo. Idk if I spelled his name right. Coolest by far best bartender I had to leave the homie a 20 dollar tip! We from the Florida me and the wife and customer service like this is rare! We definitely will be back! Thanks for the great food and even better service! Keep up the good work! P.s we went on a busy Friday night! Place was packed! We waited an average of 3 minutes If that. Yet the service was quick!
