Lusardi's

We had a late lunch on Labor Day. We actually wanted to go to another nearby restaurant, but it was closed, so we ended up here. The food was excellent! I read an earlier review that servers were slow and inattentive, and the ladies' room was dirty. Management obviously listened and corrected that. The service was attentive and the ladies room was very clean. Surprising that I never gave a review on this outstanding restaurant. It has been around for decades and I cannot recall one meal of maybe 50-70 I've had here or taken out over the years that wasn't excellent. It begins with the lovely ambiance and attention you receive on entering the restaurant. My favorite appetizers are the baked clams. The salads are also exceptional. The steaks are terrific as is the pasta and seafood. One of my favorites is the branzino almandine. The desserts and espresso top off a sensational meal. Yes it's not cheap but quality is rarely inexpensive especially in Larchmont.

Everything we ordered was delicious. Service was outstanding and so personal. This restaurant is gorgeous around the holidays. 10/10
