Coal Creek Tap - Laramie

There food was amazing after a hIke. Their home made bread was perfect and had a beautiful golden brown colorin. The staff is just as good if not better than the food.

Not sure the Queen's Lunch IPA isn't a well hopped Pale, but that was amazing. As is the Chavez chili Porter. I haven't investigated too far, as the road ahead is still quite long. Worth a stop in and give them a try.

Laramie was packed the night we went out to eat and this would easily be a 4 star review if the service was better. Tried a few of their beers since it took an hour to get our paninis and while everyone was as nice and accommodating as they could be, felt like the management was out of office as they offer a very limited menu and wait times were staggering.

Nice place to take a beer break when traveling to Yellowstone National Park. Very straight up clean tasting beer no frills everything was good.

Chef couldn't fill a quarter cup container? Makes you wonder if there is a shortage of one of the most ubiquitous food available? Ditto cheese portion. Also ordered sweet potato fries..did I say fries? Sorry, these seemed boiled. Fried means a crispy exterior. Again cooking 101. Whoever's running the kitchen needs to go back to school.
