My husband and I stopped by to try this place out for the first time today and we had the worst experience imaginable. Firstly let me start out by saying our server Ms. Debra was a sweetheart and very helpful but the food was cooked so hard until we could not eat it. Basa fish was lukewarm kind of shrimp taste. Plate was warm fries were cooked to perfection. Shrimp tasted off today. Hush puppies full of grease. Crawfish Half cold half hot as if they have been sitting out all day. Crab cake was a crab cake patty burger thing over cooked. Sweet potato fries were cold. Managers did not take my concern as being a real Concern. Just a person that spent money. Customers help keep you going. Complaints help us strengthen our experiences. We ordered a bunch of apps and just shared them all. The fried gator, calamari, soft shell crab and pastas were all amazing! The staff was so nice and efficient! If I lived here I would go here all the time. We went after a swamp tour. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
