Never had a problem until today. Got a chipotle chicken wrap and there was literally NO chipotle sauce on it. Not only that but the person at the window was extremely rude and unfriendly. Won’t be going back for a while now.

HORRIBLE! I THINK THESE PEOPLE ARE BRAINDEAD!They had no idea how to subtract Mayo from a sandwich at the register so they asked the sandwich maker who heard my order repeatedly even before asking. The kitchen monitor wasn 't working and the sandwich person decided to play with that instead of making my food while I stood there looking stupid. Finally the sandwich person looked up again and said, Oh, are you waiting for food? . Ummm yes you were just involved in the no mayo conversation 5 minutes prior and I 'm the only person standing there. Then they have to ask 3 more times what it was and if I just wanted mayo on the side .... I SAID NO MAYO, NONE, DONT INCLUDE IT! Finally makes it and... Turkey, side of mayo... My God. Yes it 's not on the sandwich thankfully but c 'mon! The first lady couldnt even figure out how to get iced tea. By the way... Tea is CLEAR! How you either ruined tea or mixed it with coffee I 'll never know. There are clearly issues here. The few people here all have complained. I 'd fill out the survey on the receipt but I didn 't get one. Tim 's used to have good service. This one is a JOKE. WASTED MOST OF MY LUNCH TIME JUST GETTING THIS DISMAL MEAL! WHERES A DUNKIN WHEN YOU NEED ONE?!

Whomever the woman is that worked the front counter today 01/08, 6:30 p.m wonderful customer service, very kind. Would recommend this establishment.

Many tables dirty along with dirty floor. Lobby was empty. Water leak in bathroom. Not a very inviting place. Has potential, but next time I’m in the area working I will give Starbucks a try across the street.
