Sonic Drive-in - Lansing

The store is a maintenance disaster. Not the employees fault but stalls that are not working. Almost sinkhole parking lot. Also when you have to repeat yourself multiple times then the order is still wrong and they argue with you. Ugh. I remember workingand being like ok how can I make that right for you. Well I ordered a chicken sandwich. Oh you did?

This particular is understaffed, not very friendly, and the cashier thinks talking over me instead of listening is good customer service?????????????? fodd was not fresh either.

Stopped by for a snack while running errands. They apparently can't get cheddar bites from the distributor right now? So I ordered tots with cheese. Not busy but waited over 5 minutes for them to come out burnt. Lady was nice though, and my sweet teawas good.

Not very impressed with the service tonight. I've been here many of times and usually if someone in front of me in the drive-thru has a large order they are waiting for normally gets told to pull forward so they can help the next customer in linewell that didn't happen I waited almost ten minutes before I drove around the other side and went in to get a hot and readypepperoni and again I can remember when they would open the box to show you what you were getting as sort of a quality check ofyour pizza and again the young girl failed they gave me a sausage pizza of course not once ever had I been given the wrong thingfrom here but someone definitely dropped the ball tonight and after I paid I ask the girl for napkins she gave me four napkins Iwas really put off by her don't care attitude. So after driving all the way back into Lansing and getting home that's when Irealized that the pizza was wrong when I tried to call the first time someone answered the phone then immediately hung up so Itried again only to get a busy signal for almost 10 minutes finally I get through and talk to the manager and told him what hadtranspired he wanted me to bring back the pizza to exchange for the pepperoni I told him no at the price of gas I thought thatwas ridiculous that he wouldn't give me a credit for another pizza at a later date I can't imagine they would take a pizza backfrom a customer are you kidding me I wouldn't doubt that they would resale it which with covid I think that would be a violationof health code! Needless to say I'll shell out a few more bucks for a Casey's pizza or papa Murphys I will not be patronizingthis establishment ever again!
