Cracker Barrel - Lansing

Our waitress was new and it was only her second day on the job. It seemed like her manager preferred to let her struggle instead of stepping in to help when she had questions. I left her a generous tip because she was a gem who did her best to accommodate everyone. However, her manager, with the dyed red hair, might want to consider a different position!

The manager was fantastic, and while the server seemed a bit overwhelmed since it was brand new, she was a gem. I felt like I kept asking her for takeout boxes, lids, and cups, but she handled it with grace. The food was excellent, and my steak was cooked perfectly.

From the moment we arrived at this Cracker Barrel location, our experience was fantastic. The greeting was warm, and we were seated promptly. Our waitress, Courtney B, was attentive, efficient, and incredibly friendly. The food was fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we returned a few days later and brought the rest of the family along!
