Biggby Coffee Ottawa St - Lansing

The staff is friendly. I feel that the Perk Moto is kept very high and I always feel better when I go. Great Americonos!!! I love the smile.

If you need coffee in Lansing, this is the place. Best service and clean. The staff is friendly and the order is always correct. More than happy to go 2 blocks and I have a coffee shop right across.

Biggby coffee is the best! With three locations downtown this store is my favorite. Seating gets a little packed during the week so maybe not the best location for meeting or sitting and doing work. Even when the line is long they always get your coffee out fast!

This staff has always been incredible, but their professionalism and conduct in the face of the current health crisis is amazing. Today is their first day back open, and the measurements in place are thoughtful and well executed. As a someone who works and lives downtown I couldn't be happier to have them back! I will be a lifelong patron of this location. Thanks for all you do!
