Applebee's Grill - Lansing

Slow Saturday night drinks lasted 25 min eating lasted 45 min 4 server and a bartender on the floor. 5 persons on the bar and 15 persons including us. not even an apology. the food we get takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. our drinks were 15 minutes on the bar I noticed.

My friend and I were here on the halloween evening and were served by kiera. we had a great night! She was one of the best waitresses I experienced. she was extremely helpful, communicative and so funny to speak! and her costume was fantastic. 10/10 will be back to say hello!

I stopped here with a friend of mine living in dallas. we sat at the bar and were greeted by kiera. she was very friendly and attentive to everything we needed. If you ever are here, sit on the bar and see if she works. they will not be disappointed.

I was in michigan and visited a friend and decided we should go to dinner. obviously I chose Applebee’s and it didn’t disappoint! my server sydney made sure that we took care of us very well and answered all the questions we had and gave us great recommendations on what we should try. I recommend the spinach and artichoke dip, never disappointed! I will say again, our server sydney was great, will come back to this place when I am in michigan!

I ordered the whiskey bacon burger with fries. I used to really enjoy this burger! However, the burger I received yesterday was disappointing as it only had one crispy onion and the patty was overcooked. Additionally, there were two large slices of tomato on the burger which seemed excessive. The fries were excessively salty to the point where they were inedible. Luckily, I checked my carryout bag before leaving and discovered that the two extra sauces I had ordered were missing. Overall, I am taking a break from Applebee's for now.
