Applebee's - Lansing

I just had lunch with my mother and ordered a steak medium rarely. it came back well done then took another 20 min for them to make another good. I didn't eat when I paid a babysitter and had to go.

Would give two stars if I could. We will start by saying we ordered 2 house salads, Motz, spinach dip, and hamburger for my child. When we said what we wanted the server says “are you sure the salads are kind of small” idk what she was implying with that response. When our food arrived I asked for new spin dip due to the bowl being warm but the inside cold. This girl legit brings it back smelling and looking burnt. I then stopped her (apologizing saying I wasn’t trying to be picky) I asked why it made it back to the table looking like that. She then makes a face and walks off with an attitude saying I’ll get a manager (see it in her face and voice). The manager made it to the table I asked for our server not to return to my table. I also asked the manager if she’d eat it and she also said no. The manager did take off the dip but I will not return to this location.

Great service and good food! Andy M our server was amazing and very attentive! I have had bad experiences at other Applebees in the past but this one I will return to for sure. Loved the music that was playing too.

Eating was pretty good. enjoy the late night happy hour. service was really good. although michael was great and would ask him the next time 100%.

Always my way to open late, always great ambiente. they are looking for andy as a bartender.
