Smokehouse Tavern - Lansdale

We are not from the area and I loved seeing people's friendships in the restaurant. There is knowledge that this place is good enough to have regular guests... and that's good. The wings were good and the beer too. I liked my cheese steak and my guy wasn't thrilled. But really, that's a gamble you take to every restaurant. And I prefer to go to a restaurant without a chain every day. I'd come back here if we live closer together.

Slow service, not overfilled over 45 minutes. To get 2 pizzas. Pizza was good, but cold! You need to hire more employees! It'll try again, but not back.

Looks nice. I got crammed in a corner. Corner you throw your bad family members in. Loud and super hot. Under staffed and about an hour for 12 wings. Wings were very good.. So hot in the corner of shame.

Like many places they are short staffed. That said our service was very good. They have a nice menu, something for most people. We had the Pretzel nuggets as an appetizer, the beer cheese dip had very little taste, would not order again. My cheesesteak with wiz, I thought was light on the meat, it did not fill the roll. My wife had baby back ribs but the ribs were very big, not like any baby backs we had ever had before. I am not sure we would go back again.

Classic establishment serving quintessentially American bar/pub thoroughfare. Decent selection of beers with a draft menu that rotates.
