Bidrage med feedbackThank you management of red lobster of Lanham, MD. I had a great experience today on my visit. The staff and service was amazing! My food came out hot and my margarita flight was strong. The watermelon one was the best. My husband and I had the lobster and shrimp and it was cooked and seasoned. I had a good visit and I will be back again. Such a different experience from before. The manager, I think his name was Antwaan gave me a $10 certificate for me to use on my next visit. I will be back for more margaritas.
Went here on a whim because the wife said something about Red Lobster possibly going bankrupt. That, and for nostalgia.Either way, we pulled up and the parking lot seemed pretty empty. So much so, we wondered if it was still open. It was, so we went in and we're seated right away.The place was a lot cleaner than I remember... Even the men's bathroom. The staff was perky, professional, and helpful. The food was actually good this time, and that margarita flight was strong, but not overly so. If they keep this up, hopefully they won't need to file for bankruptcy.
My family and I have been coming here for years. Now all of a sudden, they have changed their menu. You get less food with higher prices. Some of the entrees come with less meat and the sides are sold separate. It is totally ridiculous and I will not be returning.
I'm done with Red Lobster the quality went down. I went in December and my order came out sloppy and cold. They spilled A1 sauce on my Lobster.Today I ordered Door Dash and spent $30 and the Shrimp Alfredo didn't have the right noodles and the sauce was rotten I couldn't even eat it.
I think our server was new. I have been to several Red Lobster location and ordered shrimp linguini, and my shrimp never had the tails on them. I questioned my server, but he just had a no real answer for me. I ordered a salad and that came after my entree. Another person ordered some scallops, and he forgot to put the order in. Then we got a Pepsi in a crack glass. We complain about the glass but not the service. We were just done and wanted to get out of there. The manager did give us a discount. I left a tip for the server, but it's not a nice one. I won't be going back to this location. ??
