Copper Canyon Grill

It was our anniversary. The server was nice, but he forgot my appetizer, and he messed up my husband's order. My appetizer came out with the entrees, and so my entree had to be sent back. They don't do anything special for anniversaries. It was definitely a mistake to come here on our anniversary. Most nice restaurants that we've been to on our anniversary give us a champagne toast or a special dessert. The food was good but it's so dark and loud in there I could barely communicate with my family.

The experience was ok. I was not wow'd this trip! I've frequented Copper Canyon a few times and usually always enjoy my visit. This visit was enjoyable but could've been better. One of our appetizers came out cold; our server was ok, she could've been a bit more attentive but it was also busy in the restaurant so I give her a pass. The food was good and it was an overall good experience.

The restaurant overall quality has gone down over the years. Taste of the food has been hit or miss. Had steak and eggs on Mother's Day -fatty meat and tasteless eggs. Trout on another day was bland. Staff quality is consistently good. Lastly if you want to hold a conversation with your fellow diners, forget it. The place is extremely loud.

The food was great and the prices are reasonable. They were able to accommodate the increase in my business party size. Just a little dark for the afternoon but the service and food were awesome.

My reservation was not honored despite the majority of my party being present and speaking with the hostess. They brushed us off and told us that the wait would be 30 minutes longer. My father is diabetic and needed to eat. Fortunately, my party was already at the bar and decided to stay there instead. I left early as the frustration triggered a migraine. The food that my family purchased for me by takeout made me sick that evening.
