Sushi Ichi Japanese Restaurant

My favourite sushi in the fort! I’ve been going here for years and I love sushi so much! My favourite bubble tea is the passion green tea with mango and pearls. They are fast everything is always prepared perfectly and consistently!

I love Sushi Ichi! It's tough for me to go for sushi anywhere else because they've spoiled me I currently live in Vancouver . The food is always incredibly fresh they have a delicious array of items on the menu. I appreciate that they have simple rolls as well as some fun, creative ones; I find a lot of places disguise lack of quality with an abundance of sugary sauces and toppings. Everything here is delicious, well prepared, and fresh one time I ordered tuna sashimi was informed the chef had turned away the tuna that day due to quality, in my experience, this is reflected in all levels of their menu from rice to proteins. The service is fantastic, and you can tell this family-owned business puts so much care into what they do. It is really beautiful to see a nice yellow building through the window in the restaurant. The food tastes good, too.

We chanced upon this restaurant when we were walking around Fort Langley. We were hungry and this was the closest restaurant to where we were at that time. We love Japanese food so we decided to try it out. We tried one of their Bento Boxes. Food was tasty, ingredients were fresh and the price great specially in a touristy area. Place has good ambiance and very homey. Service was great. We left with a bubble tea on hand and we promised ourselves we would be back. Being creatures of habit when we find a place we like, we keep coming back, this is now our go to Japanese Restaurant. We don’t mind driving from our home in North Burnaby, in 30 minutes maybe even less, we are here. We have since met the owners Peggy Louis, a very lovely couple. We will always keep coming back to enjoy their food and chat with Peggy Louis. So if you are ever in Fort Langley, please try this restaurant, we highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

Super affordable bubble tea! It was like $3 if I remember right.The sushi was fairly affordable and sooooo delicious. I loved it.I’ll definitely go again.They had confusing hours one week that kinda switched up from the sign. I’m not sure if that’s a reoccurring thing or a one-time incidence. We could get our food, but not stay inside. Maybe it was Covid-related? But it was recent and not really during Covid.
