Hirame Sushi - Langley

We were extremely impressed with Hirame Sushi! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The highlight was their excellent Covid-19 protocol, which made us feel incredibly safe and worry-free. The service was top-notch and we enjoyed the wonderful Japanese cuisine in a lovely atmosphere.

We returned back across the border at noon to meet with our friends who live in Langley for sushi at Sushi Square. We shared a delicious Calamari salad with crispy calamari, a sushi box containing sashimi, gyoza, sunomono salad, tempura, and dynamite roll. We also enjoyed a scallop roll and nigiri sushi. The fish was fresh and melted in our mouths. It was a cold day so we happily filled up on green tea. We definitely plan on coming back again!

Without question the best quality / value sushi in the areas Surrey/Langley/Abbotsford. What used to be a secret kept secret was now discovered by people outside the neighborhood of Brookswood. Luckily, with a new location in Aldergrove, the same high quality experience can be... the secondary...

Hirame Sushi is a small-medium-sized restaurant with a variety of possibilities. Locals know it well; it is always busy there because it is GOOD.

To celebrate my wife 's birthday our 4 adult children treated us to dinner. The restaurant offers "boats ' a delicious variety of sushi California rolls and other unique delicacies all served on a large wooden boat tray enough for 4 people .The tray comes with Miso...soup;and a salad option.For 8 people we ordered 2 trays plus an order of deep fried (sushi shrimp which is my favorite. Food arrived quickly and pared with some Saki was quickly consumed. We all had our fill and left little on the boat platter. Service was fast and polite. We all left with a good feeling especially my wife who enjoyed some of the raw sushi fish.We highly recommend this restaurant.
