Here we have a table for 17:30 when he is free until 20:00. There's a New Year celebration at the hotel, so no problem. Just centrally located in Langenau, it is located directly on the road. You have some private parking, nearby there are also public. At the entrance there are 4 steps, to the toilets another 2 steps. We were greeted and brought to our table. He gave us the cards, lit the candle and asked for our drinks. The desire to look into the map was not a problem. The food was served at the same time, we wished a good appetite, and when we were clear, we wondered if it had tasted us. In addition, there was a lady in the service, both wore everyday clothes. During the meal, the cook came to the guest room, greeted the guests through the room and said if everything fits. The waiting period between the corridors was a little long. When removing the plate from the main course, the lady asked if we still want something, coffee or cappuccino and if the glasses were empty, she wanted to know if we still want something. When ordering the invoice, we were offered en Grappa or Ramazotti. We liked to accept the Grappa who came fast and by the way was called the amount to be paid. We had to repeat twice after a document. He was quickly brought to us, we wanted a good slip and there was another farewell. Routinized service, but the kindness and cordiality were missing. 3.5 star food The beige menu with logo on it and clear cut sleeves inside contains typical Italian dishes, additionally also German. In addition, dishes are served on tables in the guest room. We ordered a soft and dark wheat at 2,90€ each, as an appetizer an Insalata Mista small salad 4,40€ and Zuppa Pomodore tomato soup 4,50€ . As main course Risotto Vongole with mussels and white wine tomato sauce 8,90€ and Cozze Vino Bianco mussels in white wine sauce 12,90€ The Insalata Mista consisted of iceberg salad, cucumbers, tomatoes, rocket, an elongated piece of yellow ointment, peperoni and olives. The ingredients fresh, the tomatoes very tasteless. The dressing didn't look so rusty, it was very thick and had parts in it. It spread very badly over the salad and only tasted for vinegar. We don't have to have it again. The tomato soup convinced us. Really nice tomato taste, delicious with Mediterranean herbs and slightly related. There were still crispy, self-made croutions. With cream deco, fortunately, was not exaggerated. From the Risotto we were disappointed, you could say rice with bowls. Now at least Spotzl knows what he has on my Risotto: . The rice was well cooked, but the spicy, with Parmesan has tied us. Among other things it was very oily, he was a sponge in it. No white wine was tasted, no tomatoes, even otherwise it was very quietly seasoned. Miescups were partially presented with shell and stirred without shell. The mussels in the white wine sauce, on the other hand, convinced again. Beautiful, fleshy mussels in a delicious, spicy south. He tasted class after white wine with neat garlic in it. At the top there were still sweaty onions that gave us great taste. We suspect that the small halves of bread were made, delicious and additionally roasted. Two dishes are welcome, the other two are welcome. Three stars. We suspect an older guest house through the corner benches with snorkel iron separations, tables and chairs. The covers were renewed by Beiges artificial leather. On the walls hang boards with dishes. The tables are already somewhat worn out, there is a deck on which salt pepper shakers, different climbers, a candle and a juicy flower stand. A firmer napkin has been folded so that it has a bag for the cutlery. We didn't find it bad. 3.5 stars. Cleanliness In the restaurant everything was clean, in the toilets you should be more thorough and also remove the legacy of network technicians
