Very friendly and the food gets better every day! They are closed for dining in due to the COVID-19 virus but you can still call in and order great take out!!!

We visited Eagle River the second week of October 2017. We found this place the first morning we were there and didn’t need to find a breakfast place the rest of the week!!!!! This place is a wonderful 5 star gem, the space of which is insufficient to write about completely here. I need a book!!!! They make the best steak eggs I’ve ever had and ate it every day!!!!! Dawn her staff are the best part of the place!!!! Wish I could eat there EVERY morning!!! We’ve been back less than a week and I miss the place terribly already!!!

I have been here many of times, and every time the food comes out hot, looks great, and most of all taste great! The place itself is a little small, but it is a small town as well. Overall a great family place to eat from morning till 2pm!

I am 65 years old. I have worked in kitchens since I was 15. I was the Executive Chef in a very large and popular hotel by the age of 20. I have also been the Executive Chef in several high end establishments. I am not bragging, merely pointing out that I am very qualified to make this statement, the Pine Cone has the best breakfast in the Northwoods. You would have to drive a very long ways to find anything that compares. We stop in every chance we get.
