Chicken burger and chips was absolutely disgusting and the smell was awefull. 7.50 for this. i was tempted to go back and complain but it was late. never again will i go here.

We waited over 2 hours for some very substandard food. There has been some advertising about Lancaster saying about the improvements but I can safely say we will never order from here again. Complete let down. Would have cancelled the order after 2 hours but they wouldn't even answer the phone. Seriously, don't even bother!

Absolutely awful. Me and my boyfriend ordered tonight and it took 2 hours to arrive. we ordered at 5 and it came at 7. We rang and asked where it was and he said it’ll be 10 mins. it wasn’t…. of course. it was another 40 mins. It arrives and my burger was absolutely wet through, as it had clearly been sat in a bag for ages. When we rang and complained he was rude and clearly didn’t care. ‘Whatever i’ll just give you a refund’ was his response. Disgusting and i will not be returning. Only thing edible was the can of diet coke…….

Food was really bad just seen that it's got 0 star food safety too and didn't give me refund when order was wrong. Owner is very rude and I would recommend not to go to this venue.
