Tim Horton's - Lancaster

The Manager and his staff at the W. Fair location gave the best customer service my family and I have ever had at that location. We stopped in there around 8pm tonight and bought some ice cream. The whole staff greeted us when we came in and they were extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time to tell us about their best sellers and even their favorites. After finally deciding what we wanted, we mentioned to the manager that we had to drive all the way across town and he was concerned our ice cream could melt, so he and another employee fixed up a container with ice to keep our ice cream from melting. This group of employees are the type of employees you want to represent Tim Hortons/Cold Stone Creamery.

Great service every time we've been here !! We would love to have one in Logan.

Tim Hortons is a must for me and my wife when we're in Lancaster, just wish we had one closer.

The workers there are really friendly and nice and they apologize if they are slow or if you have to wait for something very nice place to go to
