Winchell's Donut House - Lancaster

I recently discovered that Winchell's now offers more than just donuts. A friend and I tried the Ranchero Egg Bowl and it was delicious! Thank you, Winchell's!

This restaurant used to be good, but now they lack proper customer service. When you ask for a specific item, they may give you something different and become confrontational if you point out the mistake. Additionally, their products are not clearly labeled, making it difficult to identify what you want. The music is also played at a loud volume, making it hard to communicate with the staff. Despite having many employees, there is a lack of organization. While some staff members are friendly, others lack good customer service skills.

24 hours that's cool for a late night snack, breakfast, shakes and of course donuts.

There's a lot more than just donuts here. Large selection of pastries. I command a dozen and have a dozen bakers in return.

I always want to give them the benefit of the doubt, because I usually go late at night. But this last time I went at 7:30am to get some donuts for Christmas. They all looked delicious, but were so stale. But at least they were pretty I guess.
