Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lancaster

Couldn't place my order over the app and what would have cost us 26.00 by our prices on the app...they wanted over 42.00!!!! We canceled the order after waiting in a spicy thunderstorm and wet for the 15 minutes it in accordance with an amazingly rude girl took the order with the car window opened on the ride thru. We never go back to this Popeyes... this week we went to the Popeyes in Lebanon with the same prices as we had for this place and got the same order for $26.42 without problems.

The staff would have been better. I ordered online and arrived in business maybe 10 minutes later and with a bunch of other people probably waited a solid 10 minutes. The staff seemed less than helpful.

We enjoyed our meal last Friday. The shrimps and chicken comb perfectly matched us. We were impressed how clean and fresh the restaurant was. An employee named Qween was very diligent to keep the dining room immaculate, all with a beautiful smile. Everyone was really friendly and we were very happy. Keep the good work, Popeyes!

Imagine an online order for PICK-UP, appeared a little late because every red light was possible to beat, and when I came there, they said someone had already taken the food, I asked the cashier about it and he asked his employee who said? it was probably the person she delivered to the specified address? I said we didn't do it for the delivery and it was for the pick-up that she then announced? I'm not sorry? Needless to say, I got my food because the first cashier was nice, and would like to say that I got a free meal, but actually the person who stole our food got it. I hate this place.

Thursday early evening ordered on the app. 8 piece spicy chicken 3 individual sides $1 each(early bird special). Received delivery within 40 minutes. Chicken was still warm along with the sides. I'm sure the chicken was freshly cooked. Everything was very enjoyable. Spicy chicken was mildly spicy juicy!
