This establishment was exclusively operated as a drive-thru venue on 8/2/23 around 12:30 PM.During my presence before the entrance, I observed the staff briefly casting glances in my direction before averted gazes became apparent. Evidently, it became evident to me that their indoor operations had ceased for the day.Regrettably, the absence of an inclination to engage with patrons at the entrance led me to infer a lack of interest in our patronage. A courteous explanation of their operational status at the entrance would have been a more respectable approach.

We love Charlie's subs. The food is predictably good. They are very consistent in their menu items and there aren't surprises like you might have with sit down restaurants. They do not skimp on the options. The sandwich is normally balanced so all the meat is not in one place, like often happens. We normally go through the drive through which is pretty quick. Inside it is cold and has less atmosphere than McD. We will go inside, just not often. It is always clean and well kept. I would say the price is a little higher than average subs. But it's well worth it. Since my hubby and I split a large we would rather have really good food, than tons of food.Vegetarian options: You get a custom order. So only order what you want.Kid-friendliness: They are clean, have slide in benches or high tops.Parking: Parking in the front and probably less than 10 spots, but most of us drive through anyway.Wheelchair accessibility: Outside ramp in low grade concrete
