Food was sublime! Wine was great but no additional drinks were served. Service could be better, everything came very quickly and a bit chaotic. The price is okay, but they charge 5 bottles of water that are not checked...it's a pity that they still have to be stolen. Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We had the pleasure to take our 7-course menu in a separate room. We had booked the "Ralf Berendsen Experience". The staff was friendly, very striving, unfortunately it took time and again very long until we got our next gear. We got the tip to connect our phone to a device to listen to music. We did. Great attack, merci! The food was creative, beautifully dressed, colourful an eyewitness. Our palate joys were partly stimulated, unfortunately not every dish was a revelation. But food is known to be a matter of taste! It was an interesting experience to try such a 7-course menu, but 4h are clearly too long for us. Exceptionally good food in this beautiful restaurant. It was no problem to adapt the menu for food intolerances. The dishes were expertly matched and each time a painting with taste explosion. The number of seats is limited so booking well in advance is recommended, as well as staying at the hotel Butte aux Bois so you can roll straight into your room. Atmospheric with nice staff. Very nice food! In terms of food, by far the best of all star restaurants that we have already visited! Unfortunately the service and the atmosphere let us down a bit. The waiting times were very long, maybe something went wrong? After 40 minutes there was only someone with us for the aperitif, we had to call someone for this ourselves. The time between courses was also extremely long 40-60min waiting time. Very hectic in the room because not every waiter could explain the dishes and the food seemed to come together with everyone. In the end we asked ourselves if our dishes could come a little faster because there were already 3 hours for 3 dishes and it is a 9 course. Also had to wait 30 minutes for bread with the cheese and before the other company had dessert. We are not used to this in a restaurant at this level. Fortunately, the food has made up for a lot, but service is also important especially in this price range. For this reason we are not sure if we would come back here again.
