Bidrage med feedbackIn several nobuses this was the most disappointing in terms of food quality. If you stay in four seasons, I would recommend One Forty more if you are simply looking for a better preparation and are not suspended in Japanese cooking. The menu was missing the wagyu gyoza and takumi wagyu Slider as their boss who prepared that it was not here for the last few months (if this is the case, I recommend removing the dishes from the menu to not disappoint customers). We ordered the mushroom soup, which was basically mushrooms in hot water (try at One Forty, which is creamier and tastier) The sushi was mixed, we liked the scallops, and the university did not taste the Otoro fresh, and the fat content was more of a chu toro. The best part of the menu was the A5 miyazaki wagyu, who was more the ingredient than the cooking skills so hard to evaluate the restaurant on this. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience compared to the Nobu in Malibu, or any high-end sushi restaurant or Japanese restaurant on the Hawaiian islands. We decided to finish our meal early and instead eat up, as there was nothing good coming out.
We went to nobu by recommending our hotel (sensei). at the arrival we sat right in front of the server station, while many regular seats were open. the music was loud and obnoxic, unless they find techno or trance corresponding evening melodies. the server were largely inconspicuous, apart from rude commentaries that they made at their station over other guests. the food itself was nothing to write home. my wife eating came 12 minutes before my, so eating together led to a cold meal. the zitrus sauce on her meal was so exaggerated that the others completely disappeared. my steak was of poor quality (low and excessively fat) so much for a tylloin. in short, we will not come back, nor recommend this overhyped and overpriced situation.
Just delicious. All we had for dinner was so good, every piece of fish perfectly cooked, but the signed black cod takes the cake. I didn't need a dessert after that?
The views are of course incredible from this restaurant, but we sat together on two short sofas with two cocktail tables (many regular tables open). We were hurried because our reservation was for 9, but they said the kitchen was closed when we started to see the menu. Food was good, but not worth the hype or price. Overall, unfortunately, something is disappointed.
Wonderful delicious food; we had the omakase menu for $198 per person. Service was delightful and eating while the sunset was magical!
