Bidrage med feedbackWe had one nice day in this bar, then the next day, we were totally shocked at the service. We asked for a beer, then asked for a menu, we were told we had to sit in the restaurant area to eat, we moved 1 meter to a table within the restaurant, to be told rudely we cannot just take a seat we need to make a reservation, even though there were only two tables occupied! The rude waitress brought the menu but told us abruptly to remember for next time we have to book. We ordered food and ate, we got rather hot, we tried to get the rude waitresses attention, but she would not look, hence we moved 1 meter back to the original table. A few minutes later the rude waitress came storming over with our bill shouting we cannot just move tables, we placed the exact money on the tray under the clip as didn 't want to give a tip. A waiter took the payment away, a few moments later the same rude waitress came along saying we had given 20 euros less than the bill, I was so annoyed as I knew exactly what I had paid, I then swore in anger, and surprisingly another female waitress walked up with a folded 20 euro note as though she had just found it! There was no apology, which leads me to beleive this was done on purpose, SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL in this bar. We also overheard the same rude waitress rudely ask some Dutch people 'do not call me Senoritor as I am not 50 years old it is Senorita ' overall not impressed with this bar the girl whom had long black straight hair and very pale skin really spoilt it for us.
What has happened?? Just after 8pm the kids decided they wanted a pizza but we were told we couldn't have this out on the terrace after 8pm! The covered terrace had many empty tables but they were all reserved, 30 mins later when we paid our bill and left those tables were still empty! I hope those people all turned up and compensated for the 7 people who went elsewhere and won't be back
We had not booked, so were sitting away from the main dining. I ordered Calamares Romano, my Wife Mussels, the calamari was like chewing rubber, and the batter was soggy, the mussels were enjoyable. My wife had a curry which she thought OK, I had a Angus Beefburger, the bun was so hard that when my knife would not cut it, I gave some of it to the birds, after trying a few times, they flew away. the burger was good, but for the price, It did not need an armour plated bun. When you think of the number of excellent M del D. in L'Ampolla. The cost did not meet the quality, and the waiter was helpful, but service slow.
We've eaten and dined for several days. Nothing has failed! super friendly service (all), amazing food and quiet atmosphere without becoming a funeral.
We met this restaurant for the joy cart program, as we got it we say we stayed in l, blister. We chose the dismantling menu at 15 euros, a great success, some dishes had supplement, also offered us letter. the very correct menu, quality product, we will certainly return the very good home cheese cake. the restaurant has terrace and interior, very well decorated by the way!
