Jay's Diner - Lambton Shores

Whenever we are in the area visiting family, we always make a point to stop by Jason's. Their fish and chips are the best in town. The fact that they are dog-friendly is a huge plus for us, as we often bring our large dog with us on our travels. He is always welcomed with open arms at any time.

I was very impressed with the quality of the food at this restaurant. I ordered the fish and chips, and the service was excellent. I appreciated the efficient atmosphere and the tasteful decor, which featured sailing ships and occasional live music on special nights. I definitely plan to return, especially considering the reasonable prices. Next time, I will make a reservation as I will be bringing a group with me.

We stopped here on our way to the beach. We had the Thursday special, hamburg, fries and a pop. He was just opening at 12 noon so we had to wait a few minutes. No problem we just sat at the picnic tables and enjoyed the weather. The food was great and worth the wait. We would definitely recommend and stop here again. Thanks

I heard from friends that this was a great place to eat so while staying at the Village Inn I was able to check out the food and I was impressed.Jay is a great cook and he takes great pride and care with every meal he prepares what was even better was the price, I have to mention Friday Special Fish & Chips the best deal in all of Lambton Shores, bar none, I recommend you eat there and then head for the beach , great experience........

I went there in September 2015 and went back again in October, this was the first year they have been opened, The fish & chips are the best and service is excellent, I also like the decor which is done in original art works including different sailing ships .Because it is located beside the Village Inn Motel & Diner , most of the guests get served breakfast during their busy time in the summer and early fall, I really like the menu selection as Jay does really good smoked ribs, I certainly will be back again
