Bidrage med feedbackThe first impressions are bad, it is beautifully designed like an American dinner, but they only have a TV game and hear the pg tips advert kinda kills the mood. the service is slow and a single point that thought I had to go and order at the counter. but they have a good menu and I look forward to seeing if they can take it off. there is royal shake is amazing and one of the most beautiful I had, I can even forgive the pull-out cup. So I really like Burger and that was disappointing I ordered the whole star there headline action and well it tasted like a burger king who is good, but at £9.99 for a burger I can just go bk and get it much faster and cheaper. the lower bungalow is far too high...read more
I am thrilled that this American diner has opened in southwest London, as we had been missing it for so long. The burgers here are top-notch and I have tried several, with my favorite being the "Aftero Once Macho" and the "All Star Burger." They are thick, juicy, and delicious. The Hollywood Grill offers an American diner experience, but with too many faults to make it worth a visit. For starters, they have two separate menus, one for burgers and meals and the other for desserts and milkshakes, both several pages long. This not only wastes paper but also makes for a confusing and drawn-out customer experience. Why not just have everything on one menu or even a single page? Additionally, there is only one till which...Read more.
