Herbies Pizza - Lambeth

This restaurant is simply amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and even gave me a free coke last time. The food is prepared quickly and the pizza tastes delicious!

Unfortunately, this restaurant was very convenient for me to stop by on my way home from work. While the food was decently priced and tasty, the staff had a bad attitude. They often got my order wrong, leading to long waits for my food. Even after being charged for their mistake, I had to wait even longer for them to cook the forgotten items. To make matters worse, the staff made me feel like it was my fault, not theirs. They also sarcastically referred to me as their "good friend," even though they clearly did not know me. If you can tolerate rude service and are willing to take a chance on your order being correct, give this place a try for their good pizza. However, I suggest Herbies invest in customer service training for their staff.

This is a typical pizza restaurant that offers decent takeaway pizzas. Nothing exceptional, but gets the job done!
